Space NK Bloomingdale's Chestnut Hill

I disagree with previous review. I got great advices from the beauty advisors at SpaceNK Bloomingdales. They recommended an amazing cleansing balm from Emma Hardie and how to use it. I am in love with it.

I love make up and am happy going to different make up counters and trying out new skincare and make up and getting tips. Over the 20 years I have been going to the Bloomingdale's in Chestnut Hill, I have often gone to Space NK as they have so many of the brands that I love. BUT! Despite the fact that there are usually 3 women standing around and no customers in sight, it is difficult to get anyone to pay attention, much less be helpful or offer advice of any kind. It is amazing to me that the customer service is soooooo bad, because customer service in a high end shop like that is the only reason to go there. It's not just that people are uninformed and clueless. They are apathetic, somewhat hostile, and behave as if helping a customer is getting in their way. If I could give l
