I wanted to share my experience at this salon. I booked an appointment here because it was difficult to find last-minute availability on Valentine’s Day at other salons. I was a bit hesitant since it’s a chain and I had read mixed reviews beforehand. My first impression was that the staff didn’t seem especially warm, but they weren’t unfriendly either. I explained what I was hoping for and showed an inspiration photo of my previous hair color. My stylist let me know that achieving blonde wouldn’t be possible in one session and suggested more of a caramel tone instead, which I understood and agreed to. During the appointment, she did move between clients, which I assumed was to help a coworker while also finishing up her own appointments. However, the overall service felt somewhat rushed. I

I came here for the first time after reading reviews. The color was nice, but the overall experience was terrible. I paid for a gloss and blowout. As the hair color was being applied the colorist was talking to her colleague about how awful that specific color smelled and was extremely rough with the hair dye application. As she was blow drying my hair, she was quite rough and got the brush stuck on my earrings. I asked for a straight blow dry, but it was not styled at all and was still damp when I left. I will not be returning back here.

I like that I can come back as many times as I want to cover regrowth as part of my membership. Im winter I get hydro boost with great result since my curls get pretty dry with heating season. Stylists have always been responsive and friendly. And so much more affordable that salon I go to for cuts. I wish there was a second restroom.

New to area & so ran a bit late. Salon was understanding and accommodating. My stylist, Latasha, was engaging, professional, and kind.

I would not recommend. It was my first time and I went in for a cherry red color around 3:30. I went in and waited 15min to talk with someone. After I told them what I wanted they wasn’t sure if the bleach would lift my hair since it was dark and they’re bleach wasn’t that strong. After an hour of waiting with one test strip it lifted and we went on to do the rest of my hair. The result came out orange red with still black streaks in my hair and it was 7:00pm at this point. They put on a different color and tried to bleach out the front and other parts of my hair that had those black streaks I’m assuming that was because they bleached the front last and it had not as much time as the back of my hair to bleach. And this was the result. It’s red but isn’t an even color. There’s different ton
