MiniLuxe Chestnut Hill

I went for a deluxe manicure today.I really liked the staff and felt welcome. Esther was my manicurist, she was welcoming and friendly. I thoroughly enjoyed my session with her. What I did not like is the mini luxe nail polish. It started peeling and cracking after just 2 hrs and by bedtime it started coming off. Overall, it was a good experience except for the fact that the polish did not even last 6 hrs.

I will start off by saying the service provided was not for myself. I am a nanny, and took my 11yr old in for a special day. We arrived around 3:15pm on a Thursday. When asked to check in, we informed Jessica, at the desk that we did not have an appointment and asked if we could be seen. She informed us that it was a busy day, and normally reservations are required, but she would be able to get us in for a 30 minute manicure instead of the 45 minute service my Little was asking to get. During this conversation, someone else was in line, so we stepped aside to let her check in. Luckily for us, she was scheduled for an eyebrow wax (10 minute service) with My (pronounced Me), and My (Me) also happens to be a nail technician. I had a Brazilian wax today from My and she was amazing!!! It was painless and very quick and professional. She was also very sweet and so kind to talk to. I want to come to her every time for my Brazilian now!!

Been going here for 2 years and I always leave with beautiful nails. Salon is spotless and the staff never rush, are always meticulous in their work and incredibly kind. If you love a classic, simple nail with fair prices and the highest standards of cleanliness - this is the place to go!

I am a huge fan of Miniluxe. They are very efficient, pleasant and always do a great job. They do not disappoint! Super clean studio too. Always an enjoyable experience!
