Visited this CHANEL boutique for a limited collection invitation and I have to say this location is amazing! All of the staff were so welcoming, helpful, and knowledgeable, especially Adriana and Daryl who exceeded customer service expectation. The store itself is beautiful with many items in stock. I will be visiting this location again soon thanks to the wonderful service I received. Thank you for making this a memorable experience!
I found this TROUVAILLE on my way to get coffee. Love love this place. I can literally spend a whole day here. If you like Chanel perfumes and beauty products (who doesn’t?), this will be your playground. I have wanted les exclusifs sycamore for a while but ended up getting Gabrielle instead. Can’t wait to go back and try beauty products!
Jada was absolutely wonderful—warm, attentive, and incredibly kind. She made my Chanel experience unforgettable. 10/10 service.
