Glowbar Chestnut Hill

The ambiance is very nice at glowbar, the estheticians and the receptionist were all very nice and my esthetician, Nisrin, did a great job at readjusting my skincare routine to help with my current skin concerns. I had a lactic acid peel along with extractions to gently deal with my hyperpigmentation and clogged pores as I have a rather sensitive skin and struggle with acne scarring/dark marks. The facial was very relaxing overall and my skin looks and feels much nicer already! I have tried several other facials in Boston, and this one is definitely on the top of my list for both quality and pricing. Only suggestion I’d give is to try background musics that are a little less upbeat to make the moment even more restful for customers.

My esthetician, Yeabsira B., was absolutely wonderful. She took the time to assess my skin, made personalized recommendations, and then allowed me to fully relax. I really appreciated her warmth and friendliness, and how perfectly she balanced conversation with giving me quiet time to unwind—no pressure at all. And then the facial massage… absolute heaven. I’ve been a Glowbar member for about half a year now and absolutely love my monthly treatments! The staff are always so kind and welcoming, and Cynthia gets me right every time! She’s easygoing, knowledgeable, and always tailors each session to what my skin needs most—plus she shares super helpful tips for my skincare routine. As someone with melanated skin, I haven’t always had great experiences with aestheticians in the past, but I’ve seen such noticeable progress since coming here. And I love how much we can accomplish in just 30 minutes! Highly recommend. 💫

My first Glowbar facial was such a treat. The staff were all so welcoming. Sarah D made it such a good experience. She was warm, attentive, and clearly skilled. Loved that I could fit this into a busy day without compromising the experience. She somehow made 30 minutes feel like an actual reset in the middle of my chaos.
