I absolutely love the Jones Road store in Chestnut Hill! The staff are always so kind, welcoming, and genuinely helpful. You can tell they care about creating a great experience even when things get busy. I’ve gone in multiple times and it’s always been chaotic. At least once or twice I’ve been put on a waitlist, but it actually helps manage the flow of people really well. And it’s definitely worth the wait because you get matched with the perfect shade and I always leave feeling confident in my products. I’ll definitely keep coming back!

I'm someone who researches before trying and I'm so glad I decided to pop into the Chestnut Hill location. Reviews do NOT do it justice. I'm just starting to switch to clean products and was recommended to try the products from a mom in my kids class. I went last weekend and wasn't expecting the store to be filled to the max and it was overwhelming. I also didn't realize you can sit & have your makeup taught to you; such a cool thing to do. All the employees were running around, but let me know that I could sign in for help and checked if I was good multiple times while I tried a few things while waiting. I love the product which is why I’m giving 3 stars. The store is also large and bright. The staff, however, was so rude - they barely speak to you. I signed in and waited 30 mins for a chance to have a color match done and try the products. I’m fine with a wait. I live in a large city and am very used to a little rudeness. The saleswoman was clearly having a bad day and wasn’t afraid of showing it. Eye rolling, sighing at the customers she assisted. I barely got a tinted moisturizer color match and had to ask about the other products I read about online. She literally just walked away without a word. I had an absolutely wonderful experience at the Chestnut Hill location of Jones Road Beauty! The store itself is beautifully laid out, with a modern and inviting atmosphere that makes shopping a delight. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted warmly by a friendly staff member named Raci, who made me feel right at home. Andrea, in particular, was phenomenal. Her expertise in makeup and product knowledge truly stood out. She took the time to understand my needs and helped me achieve a fabulous look that made me feel confident and valued. First off love Jones Road Beauty and so excited for the store to be open! I went when it was extremely busy but loved that we are able to play with the products ourselves! I obviously expected a wait as it was the weekend and unlike these other miserable reviews I disagree- the staff is very sweet and yes probably short staffed but I would go back and will! I met the managers and a couple makeup artists all lovely people! They kept apologizing for the wait but like I said it was the weekend and its a popular brand. My experience was amazing!
