Katie is absolutely amazing! My feet leave smooth and refreshed every single time. She takes her time and really cares about the quality of her work. The salon is always clean, peaceful, and plays relaxing music that adds to the whole experience. I’ve never had an issue scheduling an appointment—every time I call, the service is kind, professional, and accommodating. From start to finish, I’ve had nothing but great service here. Highly recommend this spot if you’re looking for consistent, quality care! 💅✨

I didn’t have a horrible service overall, but towards the end of my service, the nail tech who worked on my nails seemed like she was rushing and unfocused. I had a great time up until that point so I just thought I would ask for someone else to do my nails next time. My nail beds are big, and she missed some of the sides with the polish which I asked her to go back over, and Even with the top coat, which I just let go. This was part of her being distracted. Leaving, she was kind of cold and transactional which was fine again because I had made up my mind not to go back to her, but looking at my nails when I left, there was a blue spot on one and hair on another. I went in to show her, didn’t ask her to fix it or to take money off and she said “oh ok, it’s hard to see”. EVEN IF! I see it

These people are thieves. I was charged $35 to take off my nails and $65 for gel pedicure. I have never been charged this high for take off and a pedicure. Don’t go to this nail salon. Y’all got me. One and done!

This my 4th time going to this place and I told myself after the first time going I wouldn’t be back. After today I definitely will not. I went to get a take off and a basic pedicure with a paraffin wax. Basic manicure is $20, take off with additional services is $10 and the wax treatment was $8. This is the exact wording on their price list. So of course I had questions when my total was $53. The front desk manager lady RUDELY tried to explain to me that my take off qualified as “take off only” because I had acrylic. I had Gel-x first off and second off that’s literally the exact opposite of what their price list said. She rolled her eyes so many times explaining this scammy lie to me so many times it was insane. Nope, nope, nope won't come back! First time back since covid. Horrible job on my nails. Besides the thick, uneven length and poor technique of a simple overly, the male nail tech drilled too hard and cut through to my nail. When I let the "owner" know she asked me if I needed a band-aid very passively. I guess she doesn't care if my thumb falls off. Very disappointing.
