Express Nail Spa

I got my nails done late Wednesday the 8th evening and had to go back Sunday because thumb nail peeled up and a piece broke off. They repainted thumb nail free of charge!! Then, I wash dishes Monday late afternoon and the polish began peeling up from cuticles on seven other fingers 😡 I am pissed!! Either the gel polish is old and needs to be replaced, and/or uv gel dryer is old and needs to be replaced and/ or the technician is old and needs to be replaced or all the above!!! This is NOT the first time I had to go back but the shop is so close to my house I just kept going for convenience but not anymore! I’m NEVER going back to EXPRESS NAIL SPA AGAIN!!!

I’ve been going to Heidi and Cindy for the past few years. Can’t go wrong with either, both are amazing! The salon is clean, everyone is friendly and professional, and I always get compliments on my nails. I live further away so I’ve tried a handful of other salons to avoid the drive, but none of them compares to this one and I always end up coming back. Thankfully when I get my nails done here, it lasts 4-5 weeks so I don’t have to come in too often.

Had a nail to pop off in 2 days. Went back and Jessica replaced it, but charged me. I asked her why should I have to pay and she got mad and stormed off, and said if I don't pay, she won't do them anymore. She barely speaks English and doesn't know how to communicate. Now no one wants to do my nails, because of her temper tantrum!! I'm ok with not going back, even though it is close to my house. Customer service is terrible!!!

Can’t recommend Heidi enough!! She’s so talented and always consistent every time I come in. My nails turn out perfect and last forever. LITERALLY THE BESTTT!!

This salon is only good for pedicures and waxing eyebrows. I went to get a gel pedicure it’s 25 dollars extra for gel which is crazy because almost everyone gets gel on their toes but ok they lady did a good job on my pedicure. I always asked for a full set short French tip set. She tells me it’s going to be extra because I wanted a thin French tip I ask how much she tells me my nails are 68 dollars mind you I have a very short set I’m confused why it even cost that much and she didn’t do my French tips thin she rushed and they looked terrible
