I enjoyed my facial with Renata. My first time there. She made my face feel wonderful and full of life again. It was so so smooth when she finished and a nice glow. BEWARE!!!!!!! I had purchased some gift cards (10) at hand and stone Brandywine, MD on a promotional buy 2 get 1 free massage. I had used up my gift card and proceeded to use the promotional cards and was told by (Jasmine) that it had expired! At NO time was i ever informed that the promotional cards were only good for a year after purchased. I told them If I had known this I would have used the promotional cards first before i had used the gift cards. (Jasmine) contacted the manager and tried to get me an extension, but the manager said she could only offer me a $40,00 discount and couldn’t honor the promotional cards. I have been a member and gone there once a week for the last 2 years and would have thought she would have done more. Feeling very disappointed and fooled! I decided

I had a great experience with Kimberli yesterday for my massage. She made sure to go over my health questionnaire, identify any problem areas, and checked in during the massage to make sure pressure and temperature of the hot stones were okay. Looking forward to my next massage with her.

I’ve reached out at least four times over the past two months regarding my membership. While they initially put it on hold for three months, they later failed to restore it and I lost all of my points. The last time I called, I was told management was overwhelmed and that I should keep following up during the manager’s availability—even though the manager doesn’t work a standard 9–5. Having to repeatedly chase someone after leaving multiple messages with no call back is extremely unprofessional. On top of that, this location rarely had strong massage therapists, and due to the lack of communication and accountability, I won’t be doing business here again.
