I visited this business earlier in the year. Overall, would not recommend. Pros: beautiful space, quality products, knowledgeable esthetician. Cons: was not a relaxing experience at all. I booked a facial to help de-stress my busy life as I work in trauma informed care. Displeased to say Emma used majority of my service time to vent about her marriage. I felt bad and was open to letting her get it out— because thats what I do in my work. But looking back it was really unprofessional, especially for me to be a first time client. I didn’t leave feeling refreshed or reset, just confused. Now i see happy social media posts about the marriage and it annoys me bc why did you waste my time and money like that then? Emma is great! i am so glad i booked with her. She’s very knowledgeable, kind, and she takes her time to execute the best experience just for you. The atmosphere is relaxing & a vibe all around. I’m excited for my skincare journey with her! My wax was perfect, i can’t wait to try facials next :)

Emma is literally the best! She did my first wax, which of course was a little painful but she talked me through the entire experience. The second time was much easier and faster. The last one I got, I barely felt any pain & it was super quick! it gets easier and easier. 10/10 recommend! I will never go back to shaving, & the results last for a pretty good amount of time! Emma was very very professional. Her salon studio is exquisite. The ambience sets the tone for a spa day. She was friendly and made sure she explained the process every step of the way. My Brazilian wax and vajifacial was also amazing. I would definitely recommend Emma for any of your Spa needs. Can’t wait to make my next appointment.

Emma was great per usual! My service (The Vajacial) took about an hour and I loved the results. Her workspace is clean and she makes me feel super comfortable. (Considering she's literally waxing EVERYTHING down there) A good wax professional is hard to find, and she's perfect! Not my first time with her, and definitely not my last :)
