Fatou always does a fantastic job on my hair. She listens and works with me to create the looks I want. And I always get compliments. She is professional, patient, kind and knowledgeable.

I have been going here for a few years. Fantu or the other regular young lady has done my daughter and my hair a couple of times--no complaints. Fantu put my wavy weave in and did a good job. Recent visit my daughter only wanted 2 corn rolls for her trip. i thought her hair was too thick & they would suggest more but she did two neat nice size braids in my baby girl thick hair.

I got my hair done there yesterday 2 layer feed in braids with a bun on top. And the Quality of the work was a 5 on a scale from 1-10. And than on top of that I was there for 12 hours. My hair appointment was at 9am and Fatuo showed up at a little after 10am. I didn't leave until 9:41pm. And than on top of that she stopped half way into my hair to do a women's hair that just wanted 4 braids. I was very disappointed

I got my hair done Sunday. It wasn’t the style I wanted I contacted them on Monday first the woman claim she wasn’t there . Then she said I can come in. I told her I couldn’t come in because I was stuck in traffic and it was getting late. Today is Tuesday I texted her and told her I was coming in today I have an event tomorrow I need my hair fixed. She never replied. I showed pics of how it look like I had this in for some months and she never replied! And they won’t refund me! Do not go to to this shop and if you do don’t go to the short lady. She’s the shortest one in the shop and she’s chunky I’m prettier sure she is the owner. Unfortunately I do not know her name. This is sad because I use to go to them all the time. But never again

I went there on 3/20/2016 to get Goddess braids and had a pic of exactly what i wanted. Please make sure you look at her work in the light because Fatou keeps it very dim in her shop. Her goddess braids looks like cornrows and unfortunately i didn't have time for her to redo them and called the next day and she was very rude and unprofessional! I will never go back there and its very unfortunate that i didn't get the style that i requested. It turned out like flat cornrows. Go somewhere else where they take customer service very serious and have skills!!
