MC AFRICAN HAIR BRAIDING

I usually go to them from time to time and it’s a hit or miss but I’m definitely irritated this time. I walk in, they sit me down immediately and a nice lady started doing my hair. Then the lady at the desk takes over for her and she starts doing my hair. I asked for a specific style and I thought they could deliver but I was sorely mistaken. The lady braided my hair so tight I now have bumps forming in my head from how tight she braided and I just left her chair. I am disappointed and the work is sloppy. The top of my head looks like a hill because she made the cornrows in the middle bigger than the others. They do work to their satisfaction, not yours. Do not go here unless you want to waste money and leave feeling badly about yourself.

I had an amazing experience at Koty African Hair Braiding! The staff was incredibly professional and talented, and they made my wife feel welcome and comfortable. The braiding was done beautifully and efficiently. We absolutely loved the results and will definitely be coming back! Highly recommend them!

The worst ever! Hair was so sloppy it looked like a baby did it. There was hair left out of the cornrow braid she tried to gel it down. Crooked parts, fat lumpy cornrows, and the customer service was horrible and after speaking with the owner, I see why. She was rude, refused a refund and hung up on me.

Never ever!! Coming back to this place , first off the braids was everywhere , the back was messy , I kept telling her that I am really tender headed! She continued to braid tighter!! , then there was braids over top of braids to make them bigger which I never heard of that method!! But over all I have a small bold spot thanks to them an they wouldn’t even offer a refund or fix. Horrible service.

I have been to this place three times. The first two the results were great. The third time I came into the salon I was not satisfied. I asked for the first picture and I got the rest of pictures. My braids were so tight that my scalp was bleeding and bulging. What they did was nothing compared to what I asked for. They do not look the same. The braiders are very rude and they have no mercy on your head. I took the hair out the same night, I had the little white things coming out from my edges. I had to take medication while they were braiding and after because it hurt so bad. I went back the very next day and asked for a refund. They said they could not do that but they did offer to give me another style, my head was still hurting to bad to have anyone touch my head. The lady told me it c
