Bath & Body Works

I visited the Bath & Body Works location in Forestville, MD, and was very disappointed with the service. The store refused to honor a current promotion that clearly states it is available both in-store and online. This is misleading and unacceptable. Customers should be able to trust that promotions advertised are valid at all locations as stated.

I hated it, this location sucks shelves not stock no one greeted me. I spent 200 dollars and no bag. I was mad my fingers hurt from carrying 4 small bags. Customer service terrible. Other location much much better. I am always so excited to go purchase my candles today I wanted to take back. 😩

Today I called up for the store for assistance and the front cashier was very helpful. I explained to her that I’ll be in a Uber so if they could have my bag at the counter would be great. I got to the store and was in and out. Plus all the staff spoke when I walk in and out. Great customer service as always.

I loved my visit there on 02/22/2024, there was a young man there yesterday evening kinda dark brown skinned, sorry for that. But I didn’t get his name. I mean when I say his customer service was outstanding, it was outstanding. Normally they want to follow you around secretly as if you are stealing, I mean not for say this one, but just in general. He was there just when o needed him. He knew his sprays, and every spray he suggested, was a smell good. I just hope he don’t get ruined by bad staff cause he is really an outstanding person. I started spraying my sprays and instally, he came to mind. I wish I wish I knew his name because I would definitely give him a shout out. Keep doing good young man you will prosper quick in this world.

Rude staff & small store. So many better options with better customer service such as Woodmore Towne Center or Wheaton Mall B&BW
