Terrible terrible terrible. I would give this place zero stars if I could. I purchased a nail drill from this place. First day when I brought it home the drill piece wouldn’t fit in the chamber. I thought it was me. So I called and no one wanted to help. I decided to bring it back. I spoke to Alex. Alex proceed to check to see if the drill worked. I watched him do exactly as I did and it did NOT work. He then opened the last 3 boxes in front of me and NONE of the drills worked. I wanted my money back. But Alex said he could only offer a store credit since the manager Ms.Choi had the power to refund. So I accepted the store credit and decided to call the next day . A young woman answered and I requested to speak with Ms. Choi. She asks what it was about I told the woman I’d rather speak to

If i could rate no stars I would. Will not be back to this location. Product is advertised for a price that’s not what they ring you up as. The person at the register was rude and unhelpful.

Spent a good amount of time selecting wigs with a helpful employee. After me and my sister began trying on wigs, 3 each, another older gentleman employee came and began harassing us to try on each one and put away the ones we didn’t want immediately even before we made a decision on which ones we wanted. I explained what we were doing and asked him to go away and he started yelling. His response, don’t shop here then. Again, disrespectful! How long will we keep patronizing businesses in our community that don’t care about us!

Love shopping here every time This place has an amazing selection of makeup, wigs, jewelry, and literally anything you can think of product wise. The employees are welcoming and always make shopping easy!
