I won’t be coming back here. The lady with blonde/orange hair rushed my nails so fast that she cut/sliced my fingers with the drill 3 times. She also reused the same towel that she has been using all day. So gross. Awful experience.

Went there to get my nails done for prom. there’s so much i could say about my experience but honestly i don’t wanna waste my breath anymore than i already did. The customer service was AWFUL i had to keep on asking the lady to fix my nails the whole time i was getting them done and all she would say was “trust the process” and whenever they were done I still hated my nails if you saw the reference photos you would be so embarrassed because these look NOTHING like what i wanted. They can’t even do simple designs i don’t know how that lady even got a certificate for nails because she couldn’t even lay the acrylic down right I used to get my nails done there often only by one specific lady and even then the nails were okay i will never be going back and i will take my business else where fr

Normally when I wear nails they tend to break or fall off after two weeks. I wash my dishes by hand. I have now used their services twice and they are still on. I am also not friendly with my nails due to heavy handed projects I randomly do. I have noticed they do reuse the files BUT I have also noticed they sanitize them each time. This pic shows my dominant hand after 16 days. Update 10/13/22: yep still going there. I have had a ton of compliments on the jack o'lantern set.

I had a gel fill and pedicure here 5 days ago. I had been going here for a few months and never had an issue, but had a tip fall off my nail….while washing my hands…I returned since it had only been 5 days since I had my nails and a pedicure done. I only wanted the one nail fixed and even offered to pay for the one nail to be fixed but they dismissed me, brushed said they were “too busy” and that it would be “one hour” til they could help me. I was fine with that and asked if I left my number if they could call me to come back in an hour when they were ready. I was calm and nice, I would understand if I was being a total Karen about it, but I wasn’t. They never called so I went to K&T nails instead. Tom fixed me up and won over a new customer.
