Quikluxe Nail Salon

I was there for five hours and my nails are not the same length or shape. I asked for them not to be square and I was charged for two designs and received one. They would not refund the whole $90 I was charged. The gold is their first attempt the black is the second and I am out the cost because they couldn't do it right. They used to do an amazing job and now they can't even lay the acrylic right. He also tried to get me to file and shape them myself. They did not refund more than half the amount. I had actually asked them to remove them because I did not want to have ro pay for them to be removed and I am embarrassed to wear these. They refused to remove them. Kelly was awesome!! As someone who is new to this nail stuff (always just had natural) she helped me in so many ways. Unlike the other nail salon. Kelly is my go to until I'm moved somewhere else for work. Thanks Kelly

Edit, been using this nail salon for several years, and they are the best! Charlet does my nails and she is absolutely amazing! Great job everytime, easy online appointments, everything is very clean and sanitary, all the staff is friendly and talented. My first time using this nail salon. Very easy to make an appointment on their website, I looked Saturday morning and was lucky enough to get an appointment that afternoon with Desiree. She did a great job y’all, my nails look fantastic! The salon was clean, the people were all visiting back and forth with their nail techs and it looked like everyone was getting great service, so you can’t go wrong! This is my new place for manicures! I got the dip, and Desiree was wonderful, my hands and nails look and feel great!
