Cambrina Garcia is who cut my hair today and she did amazing 🤩 I absolutely love it!! I'm not going to lie I was nervous at first because my sister and I walked in and she was the only stylist there mind you, had another gentleman waiting already and plus this young lady looked very young and I'll admit I pre judged her based on that alone.. but this young woman handled the constant flow of walk ins with ease all while blowing me away with her skills I'm very pleased and if u see this Cambrina Garcia you're 🤩 amazing

I asked for a specific haircut, showed pictures, it wasn't pictures of a random hair model, it was photos of myself, when I had gotten my last haircut. The haircut I was given today, doesn't even remotely look like the cut I asked for. It is beyond different. And then after I said something, she responds with, oh I guess I should have asked..... seriously?!? I hate the way I look now. I literally left crying. Whats the point in showing pictures and asking for that if you arent going to even pay attention to it? I still paid, but am devastated. My hair grows very slowly and I only get a cut twice a year. So now I'm stuck with this until it can grow out again.

Manager Veronica Abandoned Her Staff and Ruined My Hair. I am writing this to warn others about the appalling management and lack of professional ethics at this SmartStyle. I have been here three times, and my hair is now a multi-colored mess of orange and red due to the manager’s negligence. The Timeline of Failures: • Visit 1: I paid to have my red hair dyed brown to prep for blonde highlights. • Visit 2: I paid for blonde highlights. They were a total disaster—patchy, bulky, and already turning orange before I left the salon. • Visit 3 (The Failed Fix): I called ahead and was told the manager, Veronica, would do the fix. When I arrived, she pulled a "bait-and-switch," refusing to do the work unless I paid her to do it, claiming she wasn’t the one who messed it up the first time. Vero

I got a quick trim here with Maggie and it was great! I was in and out in 10 minutes or maybe even less and she was very nice and attentive. It was also very cheap, although I did not get a hair wash simply just the trim. I recommend.

Booked a appointment for a cut and dye and a cut for my son, I eneded up showing up 10 mins late and she told me she didn't have time to do the color cause she was leaving in 30 mins... you can't see the layers I'm my hair cause she said if she layered to much it would make my hair look thinner...but on a good not my son's hair looks good
