Bradbury&co salon and spa

Went to Riley to have my hair corrected from a terrible experience with Bailey. Riley was amazing. So easy to visit with, professional, efficient. Listen to what I wanted and ensured I was happy with my hair and experience. What an amazing asset she is to Bradbury & Co. Everyone in there was so light hearted and jovial such a great atmosphere. See you ladies at my next appt. I’ll be recommending Riley to all my friends. Thank you again for fixing my hair and making me feel confident again. ❤️

First rate! My Master Stylist was Kristy and she was outstanding. She asked alot of questions regarding cut and color and offered the perfect solutions to low light my gray and freshen up my cut. It looks wonderful. Thank you Kristy!

I was scheduled with Madison who upon arriving said she now didn’t have time to do my hair but someone else could. I was scheduled for a wash, cut and style and they only had time to cut my hair. Kristy who cut my hair was great and very nice. I will not reschedule with Madison but would recommend Kristy.

I scheduled my daughter and I appointments for our hair but as soon as we arrived we were told they didn’t have the time to do my daughters hair they had another appointment coming. Then I wanted a cut and color I received a cut it did come out good but was told they didn’t have time to color it. I was really disappointed because when I called to make the appointment I told them what all we wanted and set up appointments for the following day. I feel we were scheduled appointments Not Walk-ins and should have been taken care of. We were paying first time customers and excited to try this salon so being turned away as soon as we walked in just wasn’t a good first impression for them.

Do not use Bailey! She's quite possibly the worst hair dresser on the planet. Simple instructions to add a few highlights and she put red and pinkish streaks on top, almost as if she were purposely trying to ruin my hair and take money for it. Someone right out of cosmetology school would have done far better. This is someone to avoid at all costs!
