This is hands down one of the worst credit cards I’ve ever dealt with. The Ulta Beauty Credit Card, managed by Comenity Bank (a bank most people have never even heard of), is an absolute nightmare. They keep charging you even after you make full payments, and shockingly, even after you close the account. I was promised “great savings” by Ulta Beauty sales associates, just like everyone else. Yes, I got a $50 discount upfront — and now I’m paying $360 extra because of mysterious charges, interest, and ongoing fees that never seem to stop. That $50 “deal” is a trap. Customer service is useless, explanations are vague, and charges magically appear even when you do everything right. This feels incredibly deceptive and borderline fraudulent. I had the best experience at @ultabeauty yesterday after a rough week. I walked in stressed and walked out moisturized, encouraged and face beat to the gawds. And I have the best foundation match I've ever had in my life!!! Shout out to the Ulta/Lancome crew (my affirmation partners) Cheryl, Ayat, and Andrea. You ladies are beautiful!

I know Daniela at the register can definitely fix her attitude. I walk to the register to check out and Daniela calls me over to the register with her hand, doesn’t even speak to me or anything. I give her my item and as I’m pulling up my ApplePay to pay for my item she goes “Ma’am can you put in your number” with an unnecessary attitude. No please or “may you put in your phone number for me”. I went to the Ulta in Fairfax the exact same day and got a more welcoming experience.

I went in around 7:50, and multiple people kept telling me they were closing. I’m aware of the closing time and went in for literally just 2 things which I knew where both were and beelined for them to be respectful of their time. Instead of offering help to locate the items or ask anything to get me out of there faster, they just kept telling me the same thing as if I was taking my sweet time perusing. I was in and out within 3 minutes. If you don’t want customers in after 7:50, close your store at 7:30 instead of 8pm. The only nice person was the cashier who greeted me with a smile and was polite and cheerful, and didn’t seem to hate me for entering the store. Ordered online after completing my order the app shipped my order by doordash the bag was not tampered with at all. When I opened the bag I noticed that my 160 bottle of Valentino was missing when I contacted the store they told me to contact doordash because they reviewed the camera footage to make sure my order was packed correctly when I asked for corporates number to further talk about this as 160 is not cheap the lady gave me the number I already called when I asked for the name of the employee who packed my order then said they dont know who packed it even after saying they watched the camera footage of my order being packed I then asked for the name of the person I was talking to and she changed her name twice at first saying her name was Teri then saying her name was Tasha.
