VIO Med Spa

The location itself is nice and the setup is clean and modern, which gave a good first impression. Unfortunately, I was really disappointed with the actual Hydrafacial. I’ve had many Hydrafacials at other med spas before, and this one felt very bare-bones in comparison. There was no facial massage or relaxing spa elements at all, and the treatment felt very basic. Another issue was that the product kept dripping down the back of my neck during the service, which made the whole session uncomfortable because I kept having to wipe my neck. It definitely took away from what should have been a relaxing experience. Overall, I was hoping for more of a spa-like, relaxing treatment. There are many other local med spas that offer a much more luxurious Hydrafacial experience.

Had to share what an awesome experience I had with Nurse Ingrid. She did such a thorough job explaining the treatment and what to expect in terms of results. She also took the time to listen to my concerns and walked me through pros and cons of future treatments I was considering. She never tried to upsell and recommended dosing to make sure I look natural and not overly frozen. Aging is not easy, but so happy I found someone to help me navigate it gracefully!

Injector Ingrid provides such a smooth and inviting experience for injectables. I highly recommend seeing her for her expertise and confidence. She helped customize a great treatment plan for me after not having neurotoxins for over a year. Maggie and team made me feel very comfortable at the front, and the location was so clean. Unfortunately had a very poor and non inclusive experience here for my first visit. Booked a Hydrafacial for some much needed self care and hydrating skin therapy after a long and exhausting pregnancy. Pregnancy is stressful and very hard on the body so I was very much looking forward to my facial as a gift to myself for making it thru the end, and a chance to finally relax before newborn craziness begins. Communicated to the staff proactively on multiple occasions before the appt about my 39 week pregnancy status, and made very clear that I was only specifically interested in Hydrafacial services, not other facial types. I was assured they had pregnancy safe accommodations would be put in place and discussed with the provider. This was my last chance to get a facial before my due date. Co

The facility is modern and clean. I Was provided with a friendly and professional greeting upon arrival. Ingrid is knowledgeable, explaining everything thoroughly. The treatment experience was a breeze! Highly recommend this spa.
