I had a 70-minute session at Serenity Head Spa and it was absolutely worth the price. From the moment I walked in, they welcomed me with hot tea, which made me feel relaxed right away. Before starting, they carefully checked my scalp and explained everything in detail, which I really appreciated. They used a ginger shampoo that smelled amazing and felt so refreshing. My hair felt incredibly clean, soft, and healthy afterward. They even finished with a beautiful blow dry, and my hair looked and felt great. The entire experience was calm, professional, and truly perfect for self-care. Highly recommend if you want to treat yourself and relax🫶✨

My sister and I tried a head spa for the first time and were really excited, especially to see the scalp analysis with the camera. We were warmly welcomed, and they brought us to a shared room (not private) for the scalp scan. The actual analysis was SUPER quick, maybe 10 seconds, and they simply told me my scalp was clean. The staff didn't speak English, so even when I tried asking follow-up questions about my scalp condition, I wasn't able to get any clear answers. We booked a 90-minute couple's room, and the service started with a foot massage followed b a surprisingly long shoulder and neck massage. My sister recommended this spot, she has been a couple times. So when a girlfriend of mine arrived from Bermuda to celebrate her birthday I figured this would be a great gift. We both LOVED it!!! Super calming & relaxing. We did the upgraded facial package and enjoyed the entire experience. They offer drinks and snacks, the setup is cute and the staff is very welcoming and friendly. They aim to please and definitely hit the mark. We will be returning with our husbands 🥰

My partner and I got the couples head spa package for Valentine's Day. The experience was 10 out of 10. The staff was very helpful, kind and thoughtful. We made our appointment for 7:00 p.m. . Expecting there would be no one at the center. But when we got there there were a bunch of happy customers in the waiting area. Overall the head spa massage was very helpful for mind, body and soul. Make sure you take cash because there is $20 off per person.

I had Amy today for the supreme head spa package and added a 60 min full body massage and it was SO good! I felt so refreshed and everything was perfect down to the small details like the heated eye covers, the massage beds already have the head spa in it as well as a foot bath/scrub area so you don’t need to go to different rooms/chairs for each service. She made sure to check in with the pressure and temps of the water. They take a scan of your scalp to show you the health of it up close! I went to the Springfield location and will be coming back!
