Drove in for parking because the sign said "open." Once inside, I discovered the lot was full with no parking spots available. Buzzed the guy to let me drive out (without being charged obviously). And suddenly a charge appears on my card for this parking lot weeks later! DO NOT PARK HERE!
I parked their once and paid my fair share, but then started getting billed by them a month and a half later for no good reason. Their customer service is poor. When I tried to find out why I was charged they’re call went to some random guy who knew nothing about the situation and decided to ghost me later.
Definitely just got charged for parking here when I haven’t even been there in months. Suggest finding another location to park that doesn’t charge you for randomly months later when you haven’t been there recently.
