Amy does such fantastic work! She's great at adjusting to client needs and preferences, finds and works out my knots with ease, and is really friendly and fun to talk with :) Plus, she's been teaching me techniques and methods to help me learn as I'm starting massage training! Kairos’ massage was wonderful! I’d never had a Thai massage before and I’m in love. I have really tight hip flexors and shoulder issues, and she expertly found and worked out the tight muscles. She was even able to get to the subscapulars and the soads, which I’ve had many massage therapists skip. Highly recommend! I will definitely be back!

Amy is incredibly skilled at what she does! I got a whole nervous system reset which was especially for chronic pain in my head and feet. She is very attuned to the body and breathing and has a nurturing energy that made me feel at peace immediately. I definitely recommend working with her!
