Crowns Head Spa

This place was solidly ok. I booked a headspa for service for a self care day. To me, the ambiance is a very important part of the experience and this salon was a 1/5 in ambiance. A grimy door with peeling paint was my first impression. Inside, the salon felt cluttered. Random grocery bags and things just laying around. They did put effort into decorating a Christmas tree with Valentine’s Day decor. The employee who did my service was very nice, offered me a drink, and the headspa treatment itself was fine. Nothing to write home about but my hair felt clean afterwards. Anything involving my hair and skin comes with high standards for cleanliness and care. While nothing about the salon felt dirty, the overall clutter/rundown feel impacts my confidence in quality, even if the service itself

I recently had my first head spa experience here and it was such a unique treat. From the moment I walked in, Brandy and Nicole were incredibly warm and welcoming. I was greeted by name right away, offered something to drink, and felt taken care of from the start. One of the things I really appreciated was the personalized touch. They took before and after images of my scalp and walked me through what they were seeing, which made the experience feel thoughtful and tailored. I also loved being able to choose a blend of essential oils for my treatment — that was such a special detail that made the service feel customized just for me. The massage portion of the head spa was incredibly relaxing and definitely my favorite part. It was clear that both Brandy and Nicole care about what they do

Absolutely amazing experience from Brielle! The ambience was perfect, all the different methods they used for massage made me feel like a queen. All the products they used smelled amazing and I will definitely be coming back! Absolutely worth every penny. My hair and scalp feel so clean and soft I'm in love!

I had the most amazing experience at Crown Head Spa today! I received the Crown Royale, and from start to finish it was absolute relaxation. The staff was incredibly friendly and professional — you can truly tell they are skilled at what they do. The atmosphere was calming, with relaxing music that immediately helped me unwind. Every detail felt intentional and luxurious. After my service, I felt completely relaxed and refreshed, and my hair felt unbelievably soft. It was such a rejuvenating experience, both mentally and physically. If you’re looking for the ultimate self-care treat, I highly recommend Crown Head Spa. I can’t wait to come back!

I did the Crown Royale head spa treatment with Crown Head Spa and it was the best 90 minutes of pure relaxation! From walking in, everyone was super friendly and the atmosphere was so warm. They had a bunch of different scents for aromatherapy to choose from so I could customize it. Then they have this really cool technology that shows you you scalp magnified for a before and after and the different is mind blowing! After the very thorough spa treatment, my scalp was shiny, clean, and perfect! Would highly recommend this incredible service!
