Save yourself the stress, there’s got to be better options! I ordered a single bed for my salon and the experience was a nightmare. Nothing happened the way I was told it would. I had to ask for a receipt after my card was ran for the full amount. I had to ask multiple times for the pre-installation checklist. The sales guy Jon made a point of telling me that he was giving me “such a good deal on the bed he wasn’t going to make any money from it” which really seemed unprofessional. I was told it would go through a series of quality checks and get new bulbs but even still would be sent probably sooner than the 4-6 week time frame. They shipped it in the last day of the 6th week and rushed it out like it was just traveling across town, not from OH to KS, half the screws are missing. The bed

I purchased a used level 4 bed, and everything was great from start to finish. Marty helped me in the warehouse, showing me different beds in my budget... and Mea was very helpful during the process, making sure everything was set up at home correctly. I ended up getting the bed a week and a half earlier than I was supposed to, so I was excited about that. Thank you guys for you patience with me, and all your help.

Spoke to Marty whom I believe is the owner and also the county commissioner of his county in Ohio. He was very nice, knowledgeable and seemed like him/ company would fulfill my order in a timely manner. Fast forward 7 weeks after I gave the order deposit with was a check by phone and cannot be disputed I still haven’t gotten an update or an ETA. Everyone’s email shows a title of “manger” in their department. Seems like they got a bigger order right after mine and now my order is on the back burner.

The whole place is absolutely amazing every staff member manager and worker always goes above and beyond…been using them for the last 14 years and won’t use any other company.. if I could give this place 10 ⭐️ i would!!!

Staff is attentive for walk-ins. It is a company that addressed my needs promptly and is very knowledgeable in the suntan and sunwall industry.
