Disappointed because I have heard good things. I paid $55 for a dip powder service (no manicure included), and it started chipping the first day. After just one week, it looks very poor. I also left with a small cut on my thumb and pinky from the buffing process. The service felt rushed. Even though I had an appointment, there was no one available when I arrived, and I waited about 15–20 minutes without much of a greeting or acknowledgment. I almost left because I thought I was forgotten. Overall, it wasn’t the experience I was expecting

Got my nails done Sunday that following Wednesday one of the nails popped off while I was on vacation. I haven’t put any pressure on them for the nail to come off like that and so easily too?!?! I’ve never had that happen when I’ve gotten my nails done at other locations and have never had this happen. But it just popped off a few days after getting them done here. Honestly very disappointing and upsetting. Update 1 day later. Another popped off when I simply placed my hand in my pocket. Honestly this has been the worst I’ve ever experienced and would advise against going here for builder gel.

Love Alora! Crystal is amazing and so talented, always does a great job. Always looking forward to my appointments with her. My nails and toes last so long.

My husband got me a gift certificate for Valentine's Day to get my nails done. I have gone back every three weeks since Valentine's Day! Mai did a beautiful job doing a gel builder and classic French manicure. They are always timely and friendly. The staff is amazing. I feel like the price is very reasonable for the service I get I highly recommend Alora.

I can’t say enough about Mindie - she does such a good job and really wants you to be happy w the shape and color. I am so happy that I found her and after the first visit I decided the will continue to do my mani and pedi. I’ve always left happy with the job she’s done and have my daughter going to her as well!
