I’ve always had a great experience at Bethesda Wellness and can’t recommend it enough. The space always feels calm, clean, and welcoming. The staff was friendly, professional, and truly focused on understanding my skin rather than rushing through a generic treatment, especially McKenna. She is always so kind and easy to talk to about my skincare needs. What really stood out to me was their approach to skincare, everything is centered around repairing and strengthening the skin barrier, not over-treating or irritating the skin. They explained how a healthy barrier is the foundation for long-term skin health, which made the entire experience feel thoughtful and science-based rather than trendy. I started going to Bethesda before my wedding and have continued going ever since! The staff is so kind and accommodating. Paige is very thoughtful each time I come in and makes specific suggestions based on how my skin is on that day. I leave each appointment feeling refreshed and relaxed. Bethesda changes the way you perceive skincare and self-care in general. I went for aesthetics, but stayed for the experience. The scalp massage is like nothing I've ever felt and has taken over as my #1 favorite part of the whole hour. The experience all of the employees have is magnified 10x due to Carly's exceptional training and barrier safe mindset. Special shout out to Paige, as she has become my personal go-to esthtetician for everything and she knows exactly what is best for my skin. She tailors my time there to what works best for me, not a "one size fits all" type of non-personalized facials you may get anywhere else.
