I had such a great experience with Maddie! From the moment I sat in her chair, she was incredibly professional while still being warm and personable. She took the time to really listen to what I wanted, answered all of my questions thoroughly, and made sure I felt completely comfortable with every step of the process. I especially appreciated how patient she was — she never rushed me and made sure I understood everything before moving forward. It’s clear she genuinely cares about her clients and takes pride in her work. I left feeling confident, refreshed, and so happy with my hair. Haley did an amazing job! Bethany was there as well and so personable too! We went in for a Wigs For Kids donation and she went above and beyond and perfected the cut he was looking for post donation! Above expectations for sure! We will be returning there for future hair needs.

Haley was very welcoming as I was a new client. She took her time to hear what I asked her and gave great suggestions. She suggested a product for me to use and styled my hair using the product to show me how it would look. She is THE BEST hair washer I have ever had!! I will be back for a future apt with Haley!!! Teghan did an AMAZING job with my mom's hair. She is disabled and it was extremely easy to navigate her around in her motorized wheelchair throughout the facility. Teghan engaged with her a lot, which made her day. She received several compliments on her hair. Will absolutely be booking here again in the future.
