Salon Jia Li and Spa

If I could do 0 stars, I would. I wanted an all over color and originally scheduled to get my hair done with Shelbi. She gave me Mohawk highlights because she thought there wouldn’t be enough time to do what I had scheduled for. I ended up emailing them and the owner Mariam said I could come back to get it fixed, she was even there to assess my hair when I came back. I showed them the picture of the hair I wanted (the brown color) and Mariam advised Shelbi how to go about it. This is the hair I ended up with - blonde. In total they made me pay $500+ for this and charged me the price of a full haircut (about $60) even though I did not get a full haircut and only got my bangs cut. Terrible, will never come back.

Jia Li has been my go-to for all things hair for over ten years. Ever since my first visit with Sam, I have not met another stylist who can work her magic. Perfect cuts, only the best hair dyes and treatments, and styles for all my formal occasions. I can count on anyone in the Salon for any hair emergency, as I’m not the best with consistent cuts. Jia Li is more than just hair therapy. The atmosphere and all the stylists are so welcoming and professional. Get your hair did here. You won’t be disappointed!

Been a loyal client to Salon Jia Li for 15 years or so and have never had a bad experience. Giuliana is hands down the best and I recommend her on a regular basis - more than once to complete strangers :) she is the GOAT when it comes to color. I wouldn’t trust my hair to anyone else!

Salon Jia Li is wonderful. The establishment is clean, modern, and welcoming. The front desk receptionist was smiling and had a great, pleasant attitude. Jalyssa did my hair and makeup for a wedding and she did a great job. She was very careful when applying my makeup which I appreciated. As I was getting my services done I saw other hair dressers cleaning after every guest which made me feel comfortable during these times. Everyone wore a mask also. Overall, I highly recommend this salon!

Love this salon! My girls and I always get our hair done here, and we can't imagine going anywhere else! My hair and my oldest's hair are very challenging, but Mari is the absolute best at what she does! My other 2 girls usually see Guiliana or Sam, and they're always thrilled with their cuts as well. Everyone here is very friendly and professional, it's an excellent salon!
