Serenity Nails and Spa

I’m leaving this review as a warning to others. I came in for a gel manicure and removal of prior gel. My nails were very healthy beforehand since I’ve only done gel once in a long time. Within 48 hours, the gel started chipping. I returned for a fix, and that second visit caused significant damage. The technician thinned my nails to the point they felt like paper. I told her it was starting to hurt and as the process continued, I was clipped more than once. Although the gel looked fine cosmetically, my fingertips were burning and extremely sensitive afterward. Within a week, my nails began breaking and lifting so severely that I had to clip them where they detached from my nail bed. I’ve been going to Serenity Nail Salon for over 25 years since I was a teenager. Lilly is amazing and has been my go to girl for most of that entire time. She remembers little details and even which colors you like. I recently walked back in there after moving away for a year, and she remembered the color dips I like, and also asked me about my life and the updates since I had last been in her chair. - This nail salon was really nice, super professional, and understanding of what I wanted done and above all, it was clean. - Mei Mei did my nails and he did a great job, he understood what I wanted done right away and started to do them. Mei Mei was very professional, patient, and friendly. He kept talking and joking with me and he was very quick and gentle. I believe his schedule is on Saturday and Saturdays. - Places was clean and organized. - Prices were normal for the service I received. - Plenty of parking in the area. - Staff were friendly and helpful. - overall a great experience.

I love Serenity Nails and Spa because of my nail technician, Mimi! Mimi has done my nails for years now and I can’t imagine getting my nails done by anyone else. He does an incredible job every time. I have minimal to no chipping with my nails. He always has time for me and makes himself available. Every time he does my nails, I get compliments. In going to Mimi, you are getting a high quality, expert technician!

Superb service, and I always get thousands of compliments. I was out of town one weekend, and one lady said she was going to drive 1.5 hours to come to my salon. Love, love, love this place!!!
