I love coming to this location. Everyone is well versed in the products sold and i’m always met with a smile. Special shout out to Alexis which i’ve personally seen helping multiple guests at once without a sweat. Always very caring and friendly.

I am writing to express my disappointment with the service I received from Alexa or Alexis. As a result, I’ve decided not to return to this location as long as she is an employee there. It is unfortunate as this location is conveniently located just five minutes away from my house and now I will have to travel to Wall to visit SalonCentric. Although my experience was disappointing, I appreciate the kindness and professionalism from the other employees, particularly an African-American woman and a Hispanic young lady who intervened and helped de-escalate the situation while Alexa continued to verbally attack me. I have never been so disrespected by a store employee in my life, all because I decided to honor my right as a consumer and return blow dryers that did not fit my needs as a hair dr

Today was my first time coming to the oakhurst location. I will NOT go back here! I felt soooo profiled. As I’m checking out about to hand her my money I tell her this is my first time thinking she will help my experience, maybe suggest a thing or two. No she just gave me a hard time and needed me to prove it was my account. Made me feel like I didn’t belong, couldn’t even find a kind way to ask. Just rude! If I didn’t tell her it’s my first time she would’ve kept the transaction going. Guess that’s how they treat new customers over there.

Absolutely love Jillian!! I have bleached hair so I had a million questions about shampoos, conditioners, and leave ins. She answered every single question and was super nice! She was extremely knowledgeable about the products they sold and was able to recommend new ones for me to try! This location is a little farther from my house than the one I normally go to but will definitely be returning here!

Always a great experience! I was in a serious time pinch the other day, and Debra literally packed my cart for me over the phone as I sped over! When I arrived Kay had my whole order pre-rung and ready for me to go! Thank you ladies so much you were a huge help and I appreciate you!
