I found Sheli almost a year after foot surgery when I had started to give up and accept that constant pain and lack of mobility was my new normal. All of the traditional (and some non traditional) follow up care wasn't getting me where I wanted to be. From the first session, Sheli made a difference. She has an incredible skill level and depth of knowledge that informs everything she does but what stands out the most is that she goes above and beyond. She researched and spent personal time looking for ways to bring something extra to my care that would help me heal properly and in the right way. Regular or therapeutic massage, I would highly recommend Sheli. She has a true gift and is one of the best health care practitioners I have worked with.

Sheli is hands down the best and no one else is close! It’s extremely rare to find a good massage therapist, let alone one that deeply understands anatomy in order to actually fix something, and Sheli is absolutely both of those. Completely healed me after one session (and gave incredibly thorough advice regarding how to do things on my own) and I couldn’t recommend someone more!
