Today, I had a 1-hour intro massage! It was my first time to Kinetric Wellness! Dina was my therapist! She makes you feel welcome as soon as you walk through the door! It was so relaxing! She did some stretching which I thought was amazing and I never had that done before when I go for massages at other places! Dina made me feel so relaxed during my session! Thank you so much Dina for today and cannot wait for my next session!!!

Dina is THE BEST! Before my massage she took the time to talk to me and figure out where my problem areas were and let me know she'd be incorporating stretches into my massage. I found that so interesting! As a photographer, my shoulders and back are always where I feel pain, so after my massage Dina showed me simple stretches I could do to help. It was seriously the best massage I've ever had and I can't wait for my next appointment! I highly recommend Kinetric Wellness to anyone! Dina KNOWS her trade and knows it well! From the moment I walked in, she made me feel comfortable. Dina provided a safe, clean space and took her time to thoroughly go over all my problem areas prior to working on me. As for the massage- 10/10!! She incorporates stretching along with a massage to make you feel brand new once she is done. Dina taught me a few specific stretches to help me work on my problem areas. I appreciate her holistic approach to things. I’m already looking forward to coming back!
