I don’t like leaving negative reviews, but I feel the need to do so now. I paid around $400 + tip, drove 3 hours back & forth (thinking going the extra mile would guarantee the best work), explained exactly what I wanted, then walked out of the salon with brassy orange hair and more dyed strands at the roots than I requested. I asked for a soft highlight refresh and a cool ash brown, and I repeated my requests multiple times because I didn’t want to risk my hair especially since it was healthy. The stylist, Christina, was bragging about her skill and assuring me that I “shouldn’t worry” because she knows what she’s doing, even saying “you get what you pay for.” Yet the result was not what I requested, far more highlights than I requested (especially at the roots) and brassy. Omg so this was the first time ever going to a salon in my 24 years of living and I couldn’t be more happier with the place I picked !! No less my stylist Ashley I’m so grateful and appreciate her so much!! She took her time and when I say she took her time she did because she actually CARED about making me look and feel good! It’s very so often u come across someone who actually enjoys what she’s doing and how her client is going to look. My hair came out so amazing I’m truthfully so happy and feel so good! This past week I had my first experience at White Opal, and let me tell you it was a GREAT ONE! The atmosphere and the people were so welcoming. There is a coffee shop in the salon which for me, saved me a lot of time and money. It made it even easier for me to relax while getting my hair done without making an extra stop. Shannon Bradley colored and cut my hair, and I am IN LOVE with it. She is professional, down to earth and most importantly extremely talented. I was coming off of a long stint of not having my hair done because I recently had a baby. My color was a mess, and I had an idea of BRONDE that I wanted. Had the pleasure of sitting in Heathers chair today. Came to her with a botched bob which she was able to reshape and give me peace of mind that it was not a complete lost cause!! She turned such a negative into a positive uplifting experience !! Should have taken the drive to her to begin with . The whole staff was warm and welcoming , friendly and went out of their way to make sure every client was well taken care of. I’ve now found my forever salon and can’t wait to return with my daughter. Thank you !

I recently had a service done by White Opal, and unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. I went to them for a hair installation, but the process was handled improperly, resulting in significant damage to my hair. The installation was not done correctly, which caused my hair to break off. This was incredibly disappointing and distressing, especially considering the time and money invested in the service. I called White Opal to discuss one row of the extensions. However, after seeking a second opinion, I was shown the extent of the breakage caused by the tension from the installation. I was speechless at the amount of damage. When I spoke to the owner about this, she refused to compensate for the service in any way. This lack of accountability was extremely disappointing. S
