Sally Beauty

I visited Sally Beauty on March 1st between approximately 9:20–9:50 AM. After selecting my items, I went to the first register closest to the entrance. The cashier at that register (who had visible tattoos) was engaged in what appeared to be a personal conversation with someone at the counter. It seemed their transaction had already ended, so I politely asked, “Excuse me, are you done? May I pay?” She responded in a raised and hostile tone: “What do you mean? Are u blind ?Can’t you see I’m talking to someone?” This was shocking and completely unprofessional. No paying customer should be spoken to in that manner. Another cashier later assisted me professionally, which I appreciate. However, the initial interaction was unacceptable. After reading other reviews, I noticed similar complain

Made a order online and attempted to do a exchange but the albino with box braids got a attitude with me because she's incompetent and doesn't seem to know how to do her job.. never had a issue with the staff until today and I've lived in the area for years.. they need competent staff

The manager who helped me was very knowledgeable and super nice, helped me pick out lightener and hair dyes. Would very much recommend!

Overall this place is nice but I enjoy all of the Sally beauty stores. I hate the prices have to be so high but I know everything is high priced now a days. I got Ion permanent red hair dye for me at $10.39 and Agebeautiful light neutral red golden blonde for my mom at $10.89 and then Ion after color sealer conditioner for $2.99 so in total it was $26.46 I usually get the Ion products they seem to work in my favor majority of the time. I did this red one time previously on top with black on the bottom..will attach a photo of what red looks like with hair that was bleached first

One of the associates makes up her own store policies. She is very rude!!! I believe according to her rotten attitude she is the manager! I did send a complaint to Sally Beauty corporate in regards to her attitude and actions
