absolutely upsetting. came to the store for a silk press and a little trim- ended up leaving with uneven ends,stick hair and just an FYI i have soft and thin hair- it was extremely unprofessional and on top of that she decided to add edge wax jus to not know how to do edges… TOTALLY DO NOT recommend! (she overcharged me just for her to do a bad job) never in my life ever had a bad opinion or even done a bad review on anyone but seriously- I am disappointed.
Mary Jo is amazing! I enjoy going into Princess Salon not only to see Mary Jo and get all pretty but I LOVE the other customers who are there too! Mary Jo listens to what you want and goed above and beyond for her customers.
The best experience I’ve ever had at an eyebrow threading place! Excellent service and give you exactly what you want! Highly recommend to anyone who may not be comfortable with eyebrow threading and want to try their first time. 10/10
