I have been always come Perfect Eyebrows in Tysons and Arlington. This is my first time coming to the location of Springfield. It did not disappoint, service was same quality aa the other locations. Lovely was the person who helped me. She was very quick, clean, very soft hands, listened to all my requests. Price range is same as the other locations USD $14. Defined coming to this location since is closer to me now. This location is right by the cinema.
