Neat Braids Humu Beauty Salon

Pissed off is an understatement, the lady who did my hair Twisted the ends of my knotless braids instead of braiding because I guess she was in a rush . The owner tells me to come back Monday because they were closed Sunday , I waste gas and come back Monday and no one is in the shop I call the owner she says she’s sooo busy and can’t fix it. Why would you tell me to come back Monday ??? Then she tells me oh just cut the ends and dip them in hot water . . Girl what ?? Now I’m going out of town with messed up braids . NEVER AGAIN I DO NOT RECOMMEND

Very good the hair was very light and came out good took it out in about 2 mouths cause my hair was growing fast

DONT WASTE YOUR TIME!!! I drove 30 min for my 10am appointment and waited 30 min for my appointment because no one was at the salon. I called and texted and no answer. She called me back 40 min later and did not even apologize and hung up the phone when I told her I went to a different braided. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!

I had an appointment set at a different salon and was did not get the welcome I got here. I love this place these ladies work so hard and braid very neat they offer so many other styles other than braids. Good hospitality and such a welcoming environment I’ll definitely be a loyal customer here children’s braids adult braids anything they can and will do
