The person who did my toes, she did a great job! I asked the lady who did my nails if she can wait to do them separately but she continued to do them when the other lady was doing my toes. I wanted them to look nice and take her time. I understand that they are busy and they have other people but for the price that I paid for these nails... not worth. The lady who did my nails was not doing what I asked and she forced me to get an acrylic milk white set when I just wanted a painted gel manicure on my real nails. She also cut my nails even though it was a good length to not do an acrylic set. The nails that she did, they are not even the same length and the acrylic looks like it apart of my skin and not my nail. They crooked and rushed. My finger looks crooked because the nail is crooked. N

Been going here on and off for 4 years. The cost of services is different every time I go in. It's $5 extra for this or $5 extra for that. Since Covid costs have gone up WAY too much for what you are getting. Rushed service on pedicures. Techs not giving you what you ask for with nail service. The cost should be the total cost period!

Absolutely disgusting attitude from the the three nail techs there. The lady in the grey hair kept yelling at an African American lady telling them to “shut up” all because her baby was crying! Also, my daughter’s asked the nail techs to clean their horrible paint job a bit and the techs told them to just wash their hands; it will come off… Paid $120 and it’s not worth it! So Rude! Will never come back.
