Icon Beauty in Brooklyn Park is amazing! They had everything I was looking for, and the store was well-organized and easy to shop. The customer service was outstanding—friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful. I felt welcomed from the moment I walked in. This is definitely a place I’ll be coming back to and recommending to others!

I went into this store and everything seemed fine at first, but I then overheard two male employees, one of whom was the manager speaking in Spanish about the teens in the store. They were making inappropriate and disrespectful comments about the teens bodies. They clearly assumed no one else could understand them but I speak Spanish and what I heard was extremely disturbing. No customer should ever be talked about this way, and this type of behavior should never be tolerated, especially from management. This made me feel uncomfortable and unsafe. I would strongly advise others to be cautious about shopping here.

The new store is beautiful and they have more to offer. Borderline cosmic store with the new facial options. On the other hand they don't have the free merchandise if you spend over a $50 and they didn't speak when we walked in.
