Icon is the cleanest beauty supply I ever walked in! Very good customer service. They honestly have the best wig selections and ponytails! Cheaper than any other beauty supply and very organized. 10/10.

Absolutely the nicest beauty store in the area! Best braiding hair prices, you can't beat their prices or customer service! Great polite employees and yes, they will keep you coming back for all the little gifts. A free comb with any $25 up purchase is a plus!! Many beauty stores are greedy and rude. I used to go to this shop all the time when I lived in the area because they had the best prices, and selections, and the staff were friendly. But my experience today has me changing my mind about going out of my way to support. I noticed a man hovering in the braiding hair section to watch me as I decided what to buy. I ride the bus so I carry totes with me to make my shopping easier. But I ignored him. I purchased my stuff and was trying to put my bags in my backpack. The man was watching me. I assumed he wanted me to move, so I moved to the empty area to make room for someone else to pay but noticed the cashier moved with me and hovered in a way to look to see what was in my bag.
