Massage Envy

First time visit- I received a 60 minute massage from Mercedes and it was pure bliss! I would highly recommend Mercedes as she truly took care of asking what my preferences were and was mindful of the firmness I asked for. She also had a wonderful touch with hot towels that was lovely. The front desk personnel are also so friendly and were wonderful to work with. I wish I had booked for longer!

Massage started late and ended early (i got just over 40 minutes of actual massage time for the allotted 50 minutes of the hour long massage). I asked for a receipt and nothing was emailed to me. Will go back to the previous company. The technique was fine and the room was clean.

This is such a lovely location. It is also next to a yoga studio so I can definitely picture myself going from stretching to a massage! I went for a back facial with Michelle. It was my first time at this location and making an appointment over the phone was super easy. They sent me a couple of texts to complete a COVID questionnaire and to check-in before my appointment. I completed both and went in right away when I arrive. No wait time on the front desk area. The facilities are beautiful and relaxing. Michelle was super friendly and knowledgable. I feel she cared about what she was doing and wanting me to succeed beyond my time there. She recommended skincare routines. I highly recommend this location! Very poor customer service, cancelled the annual subscription both in person and via the required form emailed to the address on the form, still not cancelled and continue charging, very rude front desk employees

This place was amazing. The front desk staff was polite and knowledgeable. When they couldn't transfer my credits the manager came and was polite and courteous and quickly handled the situation explaining the desk staff didn't have authorization but she was more than happy to do it. I will definitely recommend them to anyone.
