Terrible Experience - Avoid at All Costs! I had a dreadful experience with this lash company. I was charged full price for a set of lashes I didn't like. I told her the day of and she insisted i’d give it a couple more days to see if i liked them. After informing the lash tech within two days I just wasn’t happy with them, she agreed to change them but still charged me full price and charged me for lash removal. (Total cost for these services: $485) I tried to move past it as I truly did like the second set she did, and booked a refill, gave her a second shot. She offered an earlier appointment time, which I accepted. However, when a financial emergency came up and I needed to reschedule, she insisted I pay the full price. To my knowledge, i understand businesses offer a cancellation fee

She is a professional, punctuality, and skilled.Her kindness and mastery of her craft make for a positive experience. I recommend her to all my friends. Whenever I’m out the house people always ask me who does my lashes. She is the best out here !

Madina is amazing!! She really knows her stuff! She is very good at figuring out the right style of lashes to match your eye shape and executing a look that’ll make you feel gorgeous! Madina is also an educator for lashing so she has a wealth of knowledge to help you find the right lashes and show you how to maintain it going forward for the best retention.

I do get my brows threaded by Madina, literally she does everything so perfectly! I’ll never change her ❤️
