Lucky Nails salon & spa

I’ve been a loyal customer at Lucky Nails for many years. I've recommended the salon to numerous friends and family members. Unfortunately, I had a very disappointing experience and will no longer be returning. When I asked my nail technician to make a change, she completely dismissed my request. I spoke up several times, but she never apologized or attempted to fix the issue. Even though it was clear I was unhappy, she showed zero concern. She kept trying to tell me they looked good and they were fine. If I am the one paying for the service, I'll tell you what's fine. The technician's opinion or personal preference should have zero input on the service I am getting. I left feeling extremely dissatisfied and disheartened to have had such a poor experience after so many years of loyalty.

Doesn’t value the business of Black patrons which makes me think there’s racial prejudice and preference here. The two women, the owner and her girlfriend, are nasty and rude. I was present when Lee, the owner, yelled at a customer over a miscommunication. She told her she didn’t need her business. The salon went silent. They never spoke to Black clients but always had a big smile or hug for white people who didn’t spend nearly as much money as I did. I’ve been done with this place. They’re not the only appointment-only salon around. Go somewhere where your business will be appreciated.

I have been going to Lucky Nails for about 10 years. Very clean environment and I love the technicians. Very happy with their services!

I had the best manicure & pedicure here! It’s a very cute, clean place. They have plenty of options for nail polish! Laney did my nails & she was wonderful! Really took her time, made sure my nails were even, & did such a nice job with the polish. I will absolutely be coming back!

Nails were good but I feel like I was overcharged when I didn't even get a polish. My nails took the same time my friends did and I got charged 70 and she got charge 50. Not a huge thing but wasn't sure why that happened. *UPDATE* It has only been 7 days since I got my nails done and they are lifting at the end and barely hanging on to my nail bed. I have an office job so I'm not doing anything that could cause them to break early or lift. I have had my nails done like this so many times and they usually last around 3 to 4 weeks. I also forgot to mention that when I was getting my nails done the lady that I worked with continued to say that it was taking so long to do my nails, and that it was so hard to do an ombre style nail which was just an extra powder. No polish, art work, or diamon
