KNN Nails Salon & Spa

KNN nails has been my non-negotiable go to for my nails since 2018. I am never disappointed when i leave, i always get exactly what i ask for! Vincent is a gem. he's been doing my nails since i started going here- results are worth every penny. i'm one of those people who will have a set for a month, maybe longer- no lifting occurs, which is a big deal for me. i highly recommend KNN nails for your nail care and pampering it you want quality work! thank you Vincent and KNN team for always making every visit a great one!

I always having such a beautiful experience at this salon. From the moment I walked in, the entire team was warm, welcoming, and professional. The salon is spotless, relaxing, and has such a positive atmosphere. Jean always doing my nails, and she is absolutely amazing. She is so talented, detail-oriented, and patient. She took her time to make sure everything was perfect, and the result was beyond what I expected. My nails look flawless! You can really tell she takes pride in her work and truly cares about her clients. I’m so grateful for the service and will definitely be coming back to see Jean. Highly recommend this salon to anyone looking for quality, care, and beautiful results!

KNN Nails does beautiful work. I’ve had a variety of services there. I normally get a Mani/Pedi and I have used all types of polishes and nail art. They have all the latest colors there. Everything they do is top notch. The nail techs are very pleasant and experienced.

Updated Review: After they reached out and let me know what time to come in, I went back and had a completely different experience. Everyone was very nice and pleasant, and they started right away. I ended up switching to acrylic instead of Gel-X, and honestly 10/10. My nails came out way better than what I had done before, and I really appreciate them taking the time to fix the issue and make it right. Great follow up and customer service. . . . I’ve been here plenty of times for a full set and usually like my experience, though I do go to other salons in Arlington too. This was my first time getting a Gel-X set here — I normally get Gel-X done at a different salon. I’m really sad to leave this review after being a loyal customer for over three years. KNN has always been my go-to — I even got my nails done here for my engagement and wedding because the quality and customer service were always outstanding. A few months ago, I went in to get my nails done with Andy, and unfortunately, the results weren’t up to KNN’s usual standards. My gel pedicure started peeling off after only four days, which has never happened before. The full set itself was also done pretty sloppily, and I’m not talking about just the design. There was acrylic on my skin! I was invited to come back and get them “fixed,” but I had already left for a week-and-a-half trip.
