I’ve been going to this salon for over two years now and every single visit has been amazing David and his team are simply the best😍 professional talented and always so welcoming They truly know what they’re doing and make sure you leave feeling confident and happy with your look. The salon itself is spotless well-organized and has such a relaxing friendly atmosphere Everyone there is kind respectful and genuinely cares about their clients. I visited the salon for a child’s haircut and was disappointed with the overall experience, particularly in comparison to previous visits. While other clients received longer, more attentive hair washes, my son’s was noticeably brief, which may have been due to his age. I requested a minimal trim on the bangs, maintaining length on top with a fade in the back. The haircut itself was average, but there were several issues during the appointment that raised concerns. My son repeatedly said “ouch” during the haircut, indicating discomfort, but the stylist did not pause or check on him. I had to intervene twice to ask her to stop cutting due to his visible distress, and a third time to conclude the service altogether, as she continued cutting more off than requested. My son had a cut and color. I’m attaching the before and after pictures. He asked for shoulder length with layers. She easily took off 8 inches. This is not ok. When I called the salon they said “miscommunication” and that he’d asked for layers. But as you can see from the photo the layers are nowhere near his shoulders. They did offer a redo but unless they can grow 8 inches of hair there is nothing to be done other than wait a year.

The salon is amazing, and I mean AMAZING! I have been seeing David for over 5 years and he has made my hair amazing every single time and made me walk out the door with such a huge smile on my face, which has allowed me to get my confidence back and trust in the women I was made as. I found out today after getting my hair done yesterday that my coworker had been going to the salon for years too. I always recommend them to everyone!! The entire team are so kind and helpful, and they are super efficient with how they work together. It has been sweet over the years to watch the assistants like Claudia grown into their own and become more confident in their work too.

I had been going to this salon for years and Aseen was the hairstylist who used to do coloring, haircutting, and styling, I never had any problem with her. I asked her one day if in case she leaves the salon for any reason she should refer to me as the stylist as it's hard to get a new one and she politely agreed that she would definitely do so. But when next time I went which was last year I called for Aseen the receptionist told me that she is not working anymore. I requested the receptionist to refer me just the same level as Aseen was for my root touchup service. When I went there was Kay my new hairstylist who said she has more experience than Aseen and would charge me more. I told her that I am fine with that and she started doing the work.
