This place really does give you the exact vision of hair that you want. I go to Ana and she has never disappointed me. My experience went really well and I’m sure it will for you too. Below is how my hair came out absolutely love it.

Please don't go to this jcpenny salon. I have been going to the North Olmsted one for a decade. My stylist was out and I gave the Avon salon a try. I went in for a full highlight. Pablo butchered my hair. My highlights start about an inch from my head, he highlighted only HALFWAY down my hair, resulting in huge banding on my hair, did a zig-zag pattern when selecting the hair to section for highlights, he BRUSHED MY HAIR WITH BLEACH IN IT, washed my hair in a literal circle. I mean he literally ran his hand, in a circle, around my head- throwing water and bleach everywhere. Creating a giant rats nest of my fine hair. The breakage was crazy. He toned my hair twice without asking, charging me for it, when he did this as an attempt to fix the lack of processing time he allowed for, causing ye

The women were very kind and friendly. It took 3 hours to do my hair which I expected. However the color just isn't how I thought it would be. I was trying to go from medium/light brown to blonde, they did foils with bleach but the parts they foiled don't look much different from the original color for $100, I don't like it. I tried to give it a week to see if it would look different or anything but it just looks like a had a little bit of sun to it.

Chevy was wonderful, I called and canceled due to I was ill. She call next day to see how I was feeling. She did partial high lights, amazing beautiful.

Teresa gave me an incredible haircut. It was my 1st time on & I do plan on coming back. I chose an express cut & got it scheduled the same day. I was in & out within an hour.
