Joel did a great job with my haircut and made the appointment very comfortable. He was friendly, talked with me, and kept the experience enjoyable throughout. At the end, I noticed the sides were a bit longer than I wanted, so I mentioned it to him. Joel didn’t hesitate at all, he kindly asked me to wait a few minutes and made the necessary adjustments right away. After that, the haircut was exactly what I was looking for, and I was very satisfied. His outstanding service turned a small issue into a great example of professionalism. I would definitely recommend his work 100%.

Inconsiderate sidewalk care. A person using a weed wacker brought up debris that hit me while outside of bakers wife. Literally walked next to me and did it anyway while I was sistting there away from their shop. The cuts look fine if you're going for that.

I’ve been coming to this barbershop for over 6 years. The attention to detail is impeccable. Very professional. I always leave feeling great. Great prices compared to the mall or similar shops. It’s a great spot in MPLS. A great bakery and coffee shop next door make a day of it. I bring my nephew with me too he loves it also. I think it’s something special when you can bring kids to a barbershop and they like it.

Very Happy with my haircut. All the guys were nice. Moving from NY, about a year, I miss my barbers cut. I felt pretty much felt at home with these guys. I got a really nice skin fade and my barber listened to me and gave me more than I expected. My barber took his time and made sure I was happy with my cut before letting me out of the chair. Also the price is really fair for what you get. Recommend you check them out!

I thoroughly enjoy my times here. I am not an easy person to please when I get my haircut. I can be quite picky. Icon Barbers meets and exceeds my expectations every time. They can add new flavor to dull and old styles. Making your experience new each time you go.
