Hair Town

Definitely glad I didn’t spend my coinT here. If you like monitoring, mean spirited people, this is the place. Not helpful, they just watch you 👀. The staff look like it would hurt for them to smile in my opinion 😩. If you value yourself and your hard earned dollar, DO NOT SPEND HERE. And this is not a one off thing. I’ve went on different occasions but due to poor customer service I walk out each time. So this was the final time.

I went there try to buy some hair for my daughter I got a emergency I ask the to use a bathroom they tell me no I almost pass out with the pain

I went to Hair Town today for the first time and it is now my go to spot for wigs and hair products! When they say it's as big as a grocery store, that's facts! They have a huge variety of bonnets, adorable clothes. hats, jewelry, and makeup. They had an amazing BOGO free sale on gorgeous wigs, and I'm an Outre girl, they had an entire section of Outre wigs. Their prices are comparable to Hair So Fly or Sam's. I went around closing so I couldn't over shop, don't make my mistake there's so much product for your hair you'll need a good 2-4 hours to fully take in the products alone! The customer service was very kind and the lady working in the wig department was right there when I needed assistance and then she let me shop. She was so sweet. **update ** So I was told my opinion on this place was a little too harsh so I came back. And my opinion stands! Literally one person a Jamaican woman was very kind and informative and helpful the rest who clearly are the Korean owners or related to the owners or whoever were absolutely disgusting! The way they scowled their face at you as you're in there to shop and the way that they look past you as if you are literally nothing to them is crazy! You can't ask them for help because I witness a lady asked for something and the directions were apparently down the first aisle where the hair curlers and everything was and he was so pushy and so rude she clearly couldn't find it and he did not want to help her further than that. Welcoming and a neat environment! But a place like that needs a public restroom for people like us that don’t live close by. Please management should take notice.
