Lauren is amazing! I had double jaw surgery in July, and now I’ve been seeing her once or twice a week for the last month or so. She does a great job working on my face and jaw, and she also incorporates other areas of my body into our therapy sessions as well. The whole body is receiving attention, while the focus is on specific areas per my request and needs. My sessions are comfortable and relaxing, while also beneficial to my healing process. Lauren also gives positive feedback and reminds me that it is okay to feel emotions and work through the tough times. I highly recommend coming to Lauren for myofacial therapy!!

I went to see Lauren for a frozen shoulder that started up just as I was entering menopause. I was stressed over the lack of mobility in my shoulder and the pain it was causing throughout my neck and back. I had seen a doctor who recommended a steroid injection and physical therapy, but I had done that before and was happy to explore an alternative to getting rid of the pain and lack of movement. Wow! All I can say is that almost all my shoulder mobility is back after several months of treatment and my general overall shoulder, back and body pain has been greatly diminished. Lauren truly is dedicated to her craft and excels at it. She is compassionate and has a lovely, gentle demeanor. After searching for MFR I found Loren. Even though I already do biweekly massages and acupuncture I was still having back issues. Someone from a Mayo Clinic forum I belong to recommended MFR as another adjunct therapy that might benefit me and she was right. After only one session I noticed improvement in my one pain spot that wouldn’t go away. I’m happy to say it’s almost manageable. MFR is a wonderful thing in the right hands and Loren has the skills.

Lauren is an outstanding myofascial release therapist who truly cares about her patients' well-being. She not only identifies and treats areas of tension but also keeps you informed throughout the entire process. Her depth of knowledge and the way she explains everything clearly, especially for those new to this type of therapy, is unmatched. Lauren takes the time to understand your individual needs and customizes her approach to provide maximum relief. She has been instrumental in helping me with my lower back pain, and I’ve experienced significant improvement after her sessions. I can’t recommend her enough! Before having sessions with Lauren I would always try stretching anything that was tight for some relief as I was tight on one side while walking and a few parts of my body felt out of balance. These sessions(I did 3) have opened up alot more than what I was aware of even making it easier to breath on top of the walking, general ease of mobility and probably some other things I haven't discovered yet. They've felt very therapeutic to, leaving sessions feeling peaceful each time. Her results hold well, and I don't find myself repetitively stretching all the time so yeah, all in all I 100% recommend her.
